On February 13-15, 2023, American Intercon School committee, Central Campus held a workshop about “Food Safety” for preschool, kindergarten and Elementary school of American Intercon School, presented by Dr. Sokraingsey Nin. The purpose of this workshop is to make all students understand about food, not to overeat, to think about eating and to choose healthy foods for what to eat and what should be avoided to maintain good health reveals the level of eating to be physically fit, smart and healthy.
