Mengly J. Quach Foundation

Mengly J. Quach Foundation, established in 2005, is a non-governmental organization based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Its sole member is Mengly J. Quach Education. The foundation was initiated for charitable, educational literacy and research purposes. The foundation currently employs projects which assist the most vulnerable and underprivileged in Cambodia in achieving quality education, basic necessities and medical assistance.

1. Vision

We envision a better Cambodian society where most vulnerable and underprivileged population has proper and equal access to education, healthcare, food and other basic necessities so that they live better and their human dignity and values are well protected.

2. Mission

We are contributing to a peaceful and harmonious Cambodian society through the provision of access to basic necessities and opportunity to the most vulnerable and underprivileged people.

3. Objective

• Improve educational infrastructure and students’ literacy and enrolment rate in the remote areas of Cambodia especially provide to support most vulnerable students for higher education
• Improve health infrastructure and access to quality health service for the most vulnerable people
• Raise fund and promoting the art of sharing and charity to help vulnerable families and children
• Develop and expand national and international cooperation for the humanitarian causes.
• Encourage and inspire youth’s talent, innovation, creativity, self-dependence and pragmatism
